Content and Viewpoint Disclosure

Purpose

Nordax Digital provides strategy, design, writing, photography, video, advertising, website, software, and other creative or technical services for clients. This disclosure explains the distinction between Nordax Digital's own statements and material created, supplied, approved, commissioned, published, or distributed for a client or another contributor.

Client Material and Statements

A client's products, services, claims, opinions, beliefs, values, policies, offers, testimonials, instructions, and other supplied or approved material are the responsibility of that client. Those views and statements do not necessarily reflect the views, beliefs, values, policies, or positions of Northern Axis, LLC, Nordax Digital, or any Nordax Digital owner, employee, contractor, or representative.

Creative and Production Services

Nordax Digital may research, draft, edit, design, photograph, film, record, illustrate, code, publish, place, or otherwise produce material on a client's behalf. Providing those professional services does not mean Nordax Digital or its staff adopts, personally agrees with, independently verifies, or endorses every statement, viewpoint, belief, product, service, organization, or person presented in the finished work. The identified client is responsible for reviewing and approving its claims and final public-facing material.

No Nordax Endorsement or Affiliation

The appearance of client work in a portfolio, case study, credit, link, screenshot, advertisement, production sample, or other example shows that Nordax Digital performed or discussed work; it does not by itself establish an endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, political position, religious position, or continuing affiliation. Third-party names, marks, quotations, and materials remain attributable to their respective owners or speakers.

Individual and Guest Views

A statement expressly attributed to a client, guest, interview subject, quoted source, author, speaker, or individual staff member represents that person's view unless Nordax Digital clearly identifies it as an official company statement. Personal accounts and personal statements by Nordax personnel are not company positions merely because the person works with Nordax Digital.

If material has been incorrectly attributed, omits required context, or creates uncertainty about whether a statement is Nordax Digital's own, contact [email protected] with the page, material, and requested clarification. We will review reasonable attribution and correction requests with the relevant client or contributor.
