Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 1, 2026
Nordax Digital ("Agency") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility practices to nordaxdigital.com and help.nordaxdigital.com (together, the "Sites").
Our Commitment
We believe that every user — regardless of ability — deserves equal access to the information, tools, and services on our Site. Accessibility is not an afterthought; it is a core principle that guides how we design, develop, and maintain our public Sites. Nordax OS is a separate product; its accessibility information is available at nordaxos.com/accessibility.
Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Measures We Take
Nordax Digital takes the following measures to ensure the accessibility of our Site:
- Semantic HTML — We use proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and semantic elements to ensure assistive technologies can accurately interpret page structure.
- Alternative Text — All meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images are marked as presentational so screen readers skip them.
- Keyboard Navigation — All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard alone. Focus indicators are visible and follow a logical tab order.
- Color Contrast — Text and interactive elements meet or exceed WCAG AA minimum contrast ratios (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
- Responsive Design — The Site is responsive and functional across a range of screen sizes, orientations, and zoom levels up to 200%.
- Motion Preferences — We respect the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query to minimize or remove animations for users who prefer reduced motion. - Form Labels — All form controls have associated labels and provide clear error messaging and instructions.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and resolve any remaining issues. Known limitations include:
- Some third-party embedded content (such as video players, maps, support widgets, or booking tools) may not be fully accessible.
- Older PDF documents may lack proper structural tags.
We are committed to addressing these issues as quickly as possible and welcome feedback to help us improve.
Feedback & Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Nordax Digital website and help center. If you encounter accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
- Contact Form: nordaxdigital.com/contact
Please identify the page, barrier, assistive technology or device used, and the format or accommodation that would help. We will respond as reasonably promptly as possible and provide an accessible alternative when feasible.
